Neptune is the God of the Waters and invites dreamtime and boundlessness. It rules poetry, music, photography, and film. Neptune is also a slow moving planet and, like Uranus, it’s qualities are more “generational” rather than “personal.” Therefore, we don’t spend much time discussing Neptune in the signs. We’ll explore Neptune in each of the houses and in its primary aspects.
